Beta and demo interest

What this form is for
Interest collection is currently disabled. If a later reviewed release enables it, DoorSpan would use the minimized information submitted only to evaluate and respond to interest in a planned maintenance beta or fictional-data walkthrough. A request would not create an account, enroll anyone in a paid plan, or authorize marketing texts.
What is collected
The beta form asks only for an email address. Maintenance-demo forms ask for an email address and one allowlisted maintenance workflow. They do not accept names, free text, tenant details, financial scenarios, legal questions, tax questions, or import files.
Website measurement and fonts
DoorSpan uses local system fonts and does not contact an external font provider. Observatory measurement remains disabled unless its approved data-flow version, processing agreement reference, HTTPS endpoint, restricted credentials, and enforced retention period are all configured. If activated, the provider may receive ordinary network metadata such as IP address and user agent while recording minimized page-view and request-event facts; submitted email addresses and free text are not sent to Observatory.
Use, delivery, and retention
Request data is delivered through the source-reviewed Resend HTTPS API to one specifically approved DoorSpan inbox. Arbitrary webhook delivery is disabled. Collection remains disabled unless the exact destination, applicable provider agreement or DPA reference, documented data flow, enforced retention period, and deletion procedure are configured. Request data is used for follow-up and beta administration and is not sold.
Your choices
You may ask DoorSpan to stop follow-up or request deletion by emailing burkemanagementgroup@gmail.com. DoorSpan will verify the request and apply the documented deletion procedure, subject to applicable retention or legal obligations.
