Role-based access

Owner, ops and bookkeeper roles see only the records their permissions allow. Authorization is enforced server-side, not merely hidden in the interface.

Encrypted at rest

Access tokens and second-factor secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. A database leak on its own does not hand over your keys.

2FA and an audit trail

Two-factor authentication protects staff accounts, and consequential actions are recorded so authorized users can see who did what and when.

Isolated by design

Every record is organization-scoped, and access checks are applied server-side throughout the application.

What is planned for the controlled beta?

A future, invitation-only maintenance beta is planned to cover tickets, approved vendors, operator-confirmed routing proposals, operational prioritization, and review of existing approved maintenance evidence. It is not active, and this site is not accepting submissions. New photo and file uploads remain paused; broader walkthroughs are fictional product portfolio previews.

What does it cost?

Production pricing has not been released. No beta registration, paid plan, or purchase is available through this site.

Does it know the law where my property is?

No legal-rule workflow is available in the maintenance beta. The portfolio shows an in-development concept only; DoorSpan does not currently make jurisdictional or habitability determinations.

Will it message my tenants automatically?

Tenant messaging is not currently available. The maintenance beta does not send tenant communications.

Does it give me legal or tax advice?

No. Legal and tax workflows are not currently available, and DoorSpan is not legal or tax advice.

Can I import years of records?

No. Import is not part of the maintenance beta and is not currently available through the product or demo request form.
